The Rainmeter post for Using HWiNFO with Rainmeter describes how to configure Rainmeter and HWInfo64 (Release 7.02 and later) to work together. It specifically says that "Shared Memory Support is not required and should be left turned off."
On the HWInfo forums, the author of HWInfo, suggests that perhaps the Rainmeter plugin (listed here) that was used with earlier versions of HWInfo (when the integration used shared memory and not the registry) "doesn't seem to be developed anymore."
My question is, is there currently any way to use the current versions of Rainmeter and HWInfo (presuming I have the Pro version of HWInfo) together via shared memory and not the registry?
