Help: Rainmeter Skins • CPU frequency

I've just noticed this in the manual:
PowerState=MHz : Current CPU frequency in MHz.
I assume this doesn't mean the current frequency, but the current CPU instead? Seems odd if that's the case when not many systems would have more than one, isn't it only servers that have more than one CPU?

If it is meant to be the current frequency, then I don't get that, I only get a fixed value. Could someone clarify this please. :)
